I'm Iffam Bashir. Before I was a video editor, I spent years building and selling YouTube channels — learning firsthand what makes people stop scrolling and stay. That instinct still shapes every edit I make. Six years in, my focus has narrowed to craft: precise cuts, considered pacing, and color grading that gives every story its own mood.

My path here wasn't direct — I started out blogging, then moved into digital marketing, which is what pulled my focus toward YouTube. Before I was a video editor, I was building and selling YouTube channels — learning what made people stop scrolling and stay. That process is where the interest in editing itself started. I spent the next year teaching myself the craft and taking on early freelance work, before moving into a full-time editing role. Six years on, I lead post-production as Editing Manager at Scaling With Socials.
